How to "open with" using arguments

Opening a link with IE when firefox is default

I have an HTML link that I use frequently in my dock...

I use firefox as my default browser.

The HTML link is to a page that requires ActiveX, which FireFox does not support because it can be insecure.

Can I use arguments to have the link automatically open with IE rather than firefox?

I have not quite figured out how to use arguments yet, any help would be great!

Opera is my default browser, and this method works for me.

In the LINK field: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

In the ARGUMENTS field: the link to the website
