HELP - My MAximize/Minimize Bar has disappearred

I Think I goofed

I bought Stardock and paid for, what, a subscription to it. Then I started trying to alter the appearance of my desjtop. Things went down hill from there. I was in over my head so I decided to delete Stardock and everything associated with it. Then things started disappearing. Icons were changing, skins were changing so I went back to Stardock and downloaded a free bee version which limits my abilities to change things and I still have no top bar on my windows and now my drop down menus have disappearred on Adobe Photoshop.
Can anyone help?

When you got to the point of deciding to delete Stardock and everything associated with it, how did you go about it?

what do you mean by no top bar? if it's looking real bare, with maybe some icons but no menus and such, press the F11 key and see what happens - if that makes it worse, press F11 again (it's a toggle)

in the mean time, if WindowBlinds is still installed, open WB configure - choose 'per application' on the left - click 'add' - browse to the photoshop exe and add it, in the settings pick the first option to not skin it. - okay it, and don't forget to apply changes before closing WB configure. Sometimes the per application exclusion doesn't fully take until a restart, but most of the time it does.
