Can I install WB in two pc's?

I own two pc's, one desktop, one laptop. I'm thinking of purchasing a copy of WB5, but i want to know if i can install it on both pc's...

I know this question probably has been answered several times, but it could't find a seach function...

Best Regards

Yes, to a point. Only one copy of the product
can be used at once per license. But if you want to have it on both
home and work or install it on the road that is not only allowed but
recommended. As long as only one copy is actively in use (someone
sitting at the computer) at any one time, and you are the primary user
of each computer, you are covered.

Hope this helps you out.

Hmm.... That is not what i was hoping for...

For example, now, i'm listening to some music, and writing this post in my desktop, while in my laptop i have messenger running..

Basicaly, i am active on both computers that, i was hoping to install WB...

From what i've figured, it can't be done.. So I would have to buy 2 copies..?

I don't want to start trouble on here, or give anyone bad ideas and start having people steal WB, but to my knowledge, there is no way for them to really tell if you're using it at the same time.

My feeling is, it should be one license per user, not computer. If you were on your desktop and someone else on your laptop a lot, then I could understand two licenses, but if it's always you, then I don't see the problem.

I don't speak for anyone but myself, so if someone in a more official position wants to clarify, please do.

Citizen VinE1PT  ...yes, you can install it on both.  Stardock uses a sensible EULA...[the sort that would make more sense if Microsoft adopted it with XP licenses....]

Provided the two computers are yours....[that is...not one being yours and the other being a mate's down the road] you can install on both...

i was taught you plant a seed to watch it grow.

Jafo,

has the EULA changed some since 4? I finally found it in the WB folder, but is seems to read slightly different. I'm not seeing the part about only one in use at a time anymore - yet I know it was there.

I'm not sure there was a specific conscious change...but possibly a revision of wording to pre-empt these sorts of questions...

Either way, what VinE1PT wants to do will be OK...
