Select Data Source Pop-up - HELP!!

Everything seems to be working fine, except every time I start WindowBlinds, there is a pop up to select a data source and I have absolutely no idea what this means...

At the bottom of the screen, it says: Select the file data source that describes  the driver you wish to connect to.  You can use any file data source that refers to an ODBC driver which is installed on your machine.

The problem is that there are no options to choose from.  I installled the program on another computer in the house, and this message never appeared.  I can still use blinds I've downloaded, but I have to manually open the file.  I can't add any skins in the actual program, because this dialog box keeps appearing.

Pls Help!

**Also, I have read this post, Link, and I checked/tried the first 3 solutions. I did step 1 (modify registry), but when I tried running C:\Winnt\Inf, it says the location is unavailable. After trying that several times, I read on. I used the file there (odnt_zapper), and re-installed again. It still doesn't work.
(I would have said this before, but I didn't see the post until after...)

Thanks for any help!!!
