I am trying to find how I can get that active style desktop scrollbar that you find on the Mac desktops. I see that some people have them on their themes pages and I want to know how to get it. I love the Flashy style scroll over effect..PLease help any one!!!

First you need WindowBlinds software-- there's a trial version and the standard version https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/

WindowBlinds comes with several skins already installed. If you don't see the style you want, come back here to Wincustomize and download some of the styles that caught your eye.

I think it's called ObjectDock and it's a free Stardock product. It's on the website. That's if you mean the Mac's program bar at the bottom of the screen of course.

If he does indeed mean ObjectDock, it's the first time I've seen it called a scrollbar.
