DSN issue - skins wont load into WB

I've searched the forum for a solution but it seems no one else has been given one. The Data Source windows did not have anything in them. I tried manually adding the Skins.mdb by creating an item in the Machine Data Source tab and created two in my attempt, and also in the File Data Source tab, all three of which keep returning even after an uninstall and reinstall.
Here are my particulars:
