Question on registration benefits

I'm looking to buy Objectbar, but am wondering whether registration will get me access to the betas.

Do I have to purchase Object Desktop to be able to get OB betas?

P.S. I'm sure this question's been answered somewhere in the FAQs but I sure couldn't find it
