Need icon images

Hi guys. I am new to IconX, and I am having a little trouble finding great looking icons in the right format. Can anyone tell me: a) where can I find icons to replace existing windows icons, and

can i convert the .dxpack files to .png or .jpg?

.dxpack is for desktopX objects - those are basically zips

The Misc Icons can be used. If they aren't in an ico, use icondeveloper to convert them (or to convert from and ico to a png)
