What gives??

SDC has not been loading all the forums. I can make a post, and when I reset list or catch up, none of my posts are listed or even recognized. Also, some articles are not accessible, I get a page that says there are no articles at this time. This is a frequent event, like daily. I then turn to WC Browser, which does not keep up with the forums either. I then have to use my internet browser, and then I have to put up with the ads and all. Since I do spend a lot of time in the forums, could Stardock look into this? I bought my WC sub so I wouldn't have to see all the clutter, but I have to resort to using "inferior" WC browsing methods to see all that is available. Thanks!

You shouldn't be getting ads with the site - as you are a subscriber. Perhaps you used a different email when first registering? If so I think you need to cross-reference, not sure how, but subscribers don't get ads.

Its in the account tab when your logged into the site. (I think)

i've also had the same issues as S-L every once in a while (not often) with SDC/WCB
had issues with no forums updating on either SDC or WCB - i previously had an issue with a cancelled download never going away (weeks) wrote to support and they said go in a delete the download ini file - did that and it worked..also works on discussions
