An interesting Observation With ObjDock and Video Overlays. Might be worth a read.

I dont know if this is the answer to everyones problem or not , but I think I might know what causes video overlays to not work properly with Object Dock. I am running an Nvidia Geforce MX4000 PCI video card , and at first when I installed the card , it installed Microsofts version of the Nvidia Driver. And then when I installed the latest forceware and then rebooted my machine. I decided to watch television. Well , I get no video in full screen. So heres what I did to get it to work : A totally clean installation of the Nvidia Forceware. That means disconnecting your network cable , running driver cleaner, having it clean old references of drivers on your c drive , and having it clean the sp2.cab and driver.cab files for leftover and backup NVIDIA Junk. And then rebooting your machine. And installing the drivers from there.

IN SHORT - For those who are a bit confused from what I wrote. The video overlay problem only seems to be an issue if you over-write the current drivers with a newer package without uninstalling them and totally cleaning your machine for references of them first.

Just an observation. Might not be the trick everyone was looking for but thought I would share this nonetheless.

Yeah , for me though , its great. ObjectDock flickers a little bit when I drag the TV window around as does transparent taskbar skins with WB5 but it doesnt hurt anything nonetheless.
