if you are using the trial version of WB you can't - per pixel only works on the skins provided with the program, not downloaded skins - in the trial version

if you had a trial 1st, did you unistall it?
did you register the paid version?

open WB configure and on the left is system info - copy and paste that here, the technical people find it useful

1 If you had the trial version before buying, did you uninstall trial before install enhanced version.
2 Copy and paste system info from WB config.

Well heres the answer:

WindowBlinds 5.0 System Information Report:

STATUS : WB+ SRV+ HLP+ UI+ TRAY*

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC.

WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC

Your machine does not support per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

This is because :

Your computer graphics hardware does not support acceleration of per pixel alpha. WindowBlinds requires this for per pixel alphablended borders as without it performance would be poor. Please see if you can obtain new drivers for your graphics hardware. Recent ATI & NVIDIA boards should support this feature. Onboard graphics tend not to.

You have one monitor in total.

(SyncMaster 910V/910M/913V/914V/915V) 1 is attached to RADEON 9250

Wblind.dll 2005/12/20 22:41:38
Wbsrv.dll 2005/12/20 22:57:44
Wbconfig.exe 2005/12/05 18:42:52

I just downloaded new drivers to see if that would fix it but still no luck. Anyone know of any way I can get it to work? Why isn't this available with my graphics card? I have a Radeon 9250 (256MB). Its not like i have a crappy card with 64mb or something. this is pissing me off.

Answer is in info, Your machine does not support per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.
I had to roll back to drivers from install disc for my 9200 SE video card. For 9200 series cards latest drivers
do not support per pixel.
