Had to re install windowblinds 4.6 now I get bad image prompt

Tried to upgrade to WB5 with no success, so I re-installed 4.6 now every time I open a program I get a "Bad Image" prompt It reads as follows (The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbsys.dll is not a valis Windows image.) I had this happen once before, but I can't remember how I fixed it. Any help would be appreciated
