How do I get the skins into the Logon program

I downloaded the program to change the log on screen, and then I downloaded the one I'd like to use, but I have no clue whatever how to get the skin from my files into the program so I can use it.

For Dummies please tell me how to use the program.

did it download as a .zip or a .logonxp?

it it's a .zip change the extension to .logonxp and double click it or right click and open with logon studio
