Normally, you would use the "Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > select WindowBlinds > Remove" if you installed with a downloaded installer file.

If you installed using Stardock Central, then you would start Stardock Central > click the Object Desktop category in left-hand pane > select WindowBlinds listed as installed in the main pane > click the "Uninstall" button at lower right corner.

If you have problems with either of those, you can download this utility https://www.stardock.com/files/ODNT_zapper.exe - and then double-click the file > select WindowBlinds under the "Uninstall" tab > click "Apply" to uninstall.

Note - make sure you unload WindowBlinds and restore the default Windows theme before uninstalling WindowBlinds.
