I am assuming by "settings" you are referring to a dock theme.
If this is the case, you would place any theme ".ini" files in the "C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock\Themes" folder.
Note - you will also need to make sure you place the image files (".ico" or ".png" files), background folders, and included docklets in their respective locations inside the "C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock" folder.
To save or load a theme, you would right-click a dock > select "Dock Settings" option > use the "Theme" buttons in the general category to save or load a theme.
I wrote a mini tutorial which may help understand the file structure, and where to place the files in the ObjectDock sub-directory, which can be found here http://corkyo.wincustomize.com/Articles.aspx?SID=5463&AID=82930
I hope this helps.
