Oh where did my alpha blending go

Good day boys and girls

I've been running WB5 for some months now...great proggie! I do most of my work on a virtual machine (ie: VMWare Workstation.) I have WB5 loaded both on my host computer and my guest (the virtual machine). The host computer (my laptop) runs great...WB visuals, alpha blending etc...perfect. On the guest machine, however...everything is fine except for the fact that I loose all of my blending/transparency...most notably on my window borders. I am currently using the Vista theme...but the problem remains no matter what theme I use.

Any Ideas???

It looks like your graphic card has some issues with Alpha-Blending ...

Any information about Your system and What is the build of WB 5 you are using (mouse-over WBConfig icon). Please copy information from "System Information" in WBConfig window and paste here.

Build 54 x86...Card on the host machine is an ATI Rage Mobility 9200. Again, I have no problem with this card on the host machine...The software card on the Guest machine uses hardware accelleration , is set at 32 bit color, 16 meg ram...
