I think I did. I got the DVD of Rocky. I am thinking that was meant as a lump of coal?

What should SD name his new pet?
He should name it.... Mini-Me.

What is your favorite Christmas movie?
Bull Durham

Do you think SD's new pet is a fire-breather? (Uh-oh! the Christmas tree!)

So anyone else find a 5c coin in their piece of Chrismas pud

Please explain-- Christmas pudding isn't big in the US. What's with the 5¢?

Christmas Pudding and putting a sixpence (5c) in it is more and English tradition, tho I have seen it observed in other countries: ie NZ, Australia, South Africa...
Anywhere the Brits went and colonised, I guess.

Maybe not in the U.S. tho! Somewhere back in your history, someone in their greater wisdom decided to do away with sixpences. Likewise with tea...chucked it in the harbour. And then some Yankee academic came along and rewrote the flamin' English dictionary. Gotta admire somebody who dares to be different.

Anyway, Chrissy Pud is a rich fruity thing thats laced with brandy or sherry or rum (sometimes all )...and a sixpence was put in with the ingredients before steaming for several hours. When served up, the lucky recipient of the coin not only got to spend it but could also make a wish.

Nah...no worries 'bout SD's pet burning down the tree. If the old saying that pets are much alike their masters is true, it'll be asleep and unconcerned with flame throwing.

So if it's true that pets take on their owners characteristics: Winston Churchill's was a bulldog and Bill Clinton's labrador loved interns, why didn't Zsa Zsa Gabor's dog swear at the cop when she was arrested for driving infractions?

He swore at Zsa Zsa. She just didn't understand Dog.

Did Starkers bite the 5¢ in the Chrissy pud?

Does needing a new denture answer your question?

Actually, it was a 'sixpence'.....can't break with tradition, even if Oz has gone with $ & Cents

So who was it that said: "The buck stops here."? More to the point, why ain't he sharing some of it?

He's stingy.

What ever became of scrooge?

Changed his name to lil Johnny Howard. (aust PM)

Okay, there's a large pothole in your street...a repair crew comes along, digs it up and loads it on the back of their truck, okay.
If in transit that hole falls off and onto the bonnet of your car (or your vehicle falls into it) do you sue the council responsible?
If you drive into it..you could 'try' to sue. If it's dug up and the 'hole' falls off the truck onto your car..you definitely sue.

Dexter or Jimmy Neutron?
Neutron, for sure!

Ok what is SD' new Dragons' name?

Any plans for New Years Eve?

Not really...but whatever, it'll be a quiet one at home, no parties or alcohol, just a cuppa, a cookie and WC.

Of course the question would be: why didn't they tie the hole down so it didn't roll off.

So if tomorrow never comes, what about the day after that....next week, even?
Won't have to worry about it then, it won't exist; probably means a catastrophe.

What type of catastrophe is the question, i.e. a lurking Starker?
Nope propably a Sleeping Dragon going awake!

Name one thing you have in mind!?

Not really...that's the day we BOX up everything that our credit card can't afford

No need to fear this starkers lurking anywhere...besides, my raincoat remains buttoned up and firmly fastened these days...for fear I'd never fit back into it

If a person wearing a birthday suit runs across a sports arena, are they really a streaker?
not sure but they are definatley a fool.

When people eat potato chips and crunch really loud, are you allowed to kill them?
only if they're right next to you.

Did any one receive a "What WERE they thinking?" kind of gift?
