HELP PLEASE!!!

Hi i have had windows blinds for a long term but i have noticed that in the screenshots for some themes they have some special features that don't appear in my version WB 4.6, Like extra taskbars at the top, time appears in the middle of screens extra menus, and transparancy. PLease help me i wanna no how to do this.

taskbars at the top: right-click on your taskbar, click on "unlock taskbar", grab and drag taskbar to top.

time appears in the middle of screens extra menus: download Right Click https://www.stardock.com/products/rightclick/

Transparency, bichur got that one for ya.
