Same Skinning Issues

I know that this has always been an issue for Yahoo Messenger when WB is in use but I was under the impression that WB5 managed to find a way to skin Windows without messing with the UI of Yahoo Messenger. I've got WB5 installed and running with the 'Arrow' Skin and Y!IM still has those little things (can't figure out what to call them) on the right side of the buddy list and message windows. Everything else is skinned fine but those little skin blips are annoying. Anyway to get around this without excluding the program from skinning?
