i just wana ask on how to place ur start menu bar on the top of the desktop without using objectbar? is this possible?

Are you asking how to put taskbar at top of desktop rather than bottom?

If so, just unlock taskbar by right clicking on it , then grab with cursor and drag to top , then lock taskbar again.

are you running windows xp? if you are all you have todo is drag it to the top of the screen

Make sure the taskbar is not 'locked'. Then simply left click on a blank spot of the taskbar, hold, and drag to the side, and then to the top.
