Activation limit reached

Hello, recently I have purchased a subscription to object desktop.  I have it installed on my main computer and on my laptop.  This morning when I went to update my icon packager, it prompted me for my email address and serial number stating that my maximum number of activations has been used up.  I have activated each product several times over the course of my usage because of formatting, reinstalling, etc.  Is there any way for this to be reset?  Is it alright for me to use my purchased subscription on my home computers?  I have not shared my info with anybody else, but do use it on several of my home computers.  Thanks!

You need to contact [email protected] with the e-mail address you used to purchase it with. They will reset activation for you.
