DesktopX noob!!!!

Hi - have just installed desktopX on XP Pro SP2. installed OK, but went a bit weird on reboot. After much de / re installing, had to install with Zonealarm disabled, and re-enable afterwards.

Now seems ok, but the Desktop area doesn't show the DesktopX menu on a right-click, it shows the original XP Desktop menu. This means I cant toggle between builder / client.

Any ideas???

Any help much appreciated!!

Yeah, this does work, but for some reason the DesktopX icon is not always visible in the DX systray, so I have to leave the Windows taskbar visible.


It does suggest something is wrong?

If you mean when have a DesktopX theme loaded, right click on desktop will give XP desktop menu.
As far as system tray icon not showing, theme most likely has a fixed size for it but there should be hot points on it that when clicked will scroll thru icons. Should be at ends of sys tray.
