Help On Taskbar!!

Hello,

For some reason my windows task bar doesn't work sometimes on startup,
I'm trying to figure out what is causing this; is it:
IconPackager 2.50h or IconX 1.10.007 or ObjectDock Plus 1.20.522u plus??
or LogonStudio 1.0.64
Please need advise.. Thanks!!
