Problems with Weather setup info

HI everyone I'm new here and I need some help.
I download ObjectDock and I can't set up the weather information. It tell me is unavailable and I configure well. HOwever wont load. Well I have these types of protection in my computer: ProcessGuard, RegDefend, LooNStop firewall, NOD32 antivirus, and Counterspy. so let me know what is your input.
