Maximum Activations Reached (Window Blinds)

I have currently reformatted my hard drive about 4 times due to viruses (Blaster worm) and several hardware and software (sound card driver) problems . On all of those times I have re activated my stardock account to beautify my desktop . But lately with my stable OS, I successfully reactivated my stardockdock account but as soon as I tried to run windowblinds I was asked to re enter my email address and serial number. I tried entering my serial number but a popup said I reached my maximum activations (:( . I have not installed object desktop on any other PC and I would like to know if there is way I can run windowblinds again on my PC.
