Amped 3 GUI skin

Could someone who has skills please make me an Amped 3 skin for Windows XP? If you've seen the GUI in the game then its so cool, loadsa pink and lime green etc. with cool cartoons, plus i think it'd be one of the most successful skins out there! The thing people most praised the game for was the menus and i have to agree, check the link if you want to see what i mean, theres load of vids and pictures of what i mean on here, i'd have a go myself, but i suck at software...in general, hardware is my area.

P.S. It's one of the most original ideas for a skin too, i tried searching for a cool, pink cartoony kickass kinda skin, couldn't find one...guess no one understands cool like me, i'm so misunderstood; i'm jus so bored with the "sleek, futuristic, Halo 2" skins that are out...this is cool, trust, plus i like snowboarding...but thats not the only reason i want it, i genuninely love the street art style!
