Windows minimizing to tray

I gave a try to the Alienware AlienMorph desktop theme, and I believe it changed my system to put minimized windows on the system tray, instead of keeping them on the taskbar. Now this may have seemed like a good idea to someone very late at night when creating the theme, but it's annoying me to no end, and I'd like to get rid of it.

I had the Theme Manager put the default Windows XP theme back, but it didn't help. Does anyone have any idea how to get my system back to normal?
