Outlook Express Won't Start

When Windowsblinds 5 is loaded, Outlook Express email program won't start.  It gives me the following error messages:


Outlook Express cannot start.  The application was unable to create the spooler object.  Your computer may be out of memory or disk is full. 


Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized.  Outlook Express may not be installed correctly.


But after I shutdown WindowsBlinds 5, then I can open Outlook Express again.  So it has to be Windowsblinds causing the problem.  I would appreciate any help anybody can suggest in solving this problem.  I am using Windows x64.

have you tried adding to the 'per applications' and excluding it?
