error when installing windows blinds

hi all, im trying to install windows blinds as ive had it in the past and its been great i want my desktop to be the same way it was before. but after i reformatted my computer i get this error when trying to install windows blinds...
" windows cannot find "2/wbconfig.exe" make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. to search for a file, click the start button, and then click search."
any idea whats wrong, im pretty pissed about it not working for me right now :/ was lookin forward to gettin rid of this cruddy desktop lol.
