Natural Desktop Wallpaper problem

I have installed the latest version of Natural desktop and the wallpaper does not change on my desktop by its self.
It will only change if i switch to a second logon account and change it back on to my logon screen.
Has anybody had this problem. I would love to know how to make it work right. Any Ideas out there.

Now i can change wallpaper with out switching user accounts.
If i lock or unlock taskbar it will change. But still wont work by it self

right click on desktop, properties, desktop - this is as far as i can go at work - somewhere in there (i can't remember where) - is the active desktop area - make sure you have item unchecked in there.

I also had to check on show desktop Icons then it worked.
