Stardock Central Crashes

Rightafter SDC login I receive a WinXP error message that it needs to close - works fine offline, but obviously useless. Tried reinstalling same thing. No new system or driver changes. Been using since the old Component Manager days. WindowXP error signature below:

AppName: sdcentral.exe AppVer: 2.1.0.0 ModName: mfc42.dll
ModVer: 6.0.8665.0 Offset: 00001442
