Windows not skinned until moved

I'm a registered WB5 user, and when a new window comes up it appears in classic even though a theme is selected. Once I move the window, it immediately skins.

Please let us know what skins this happens with, and if there are any windows that come up skinned. What else is tunning at the time?

Please disable WindowFX open animations.

As the system information page in WBConfig says, WFX is not currently compatible with WindowBlinds.
