Why isnt startbar transparent?

It is quite weird that the startbar is not transparent. It is fake transparent as in it shows the wallpaper on it but it does not show any windows behind it.

I want it to show windows behind it. Is there any option to enable that because that is my biggest annoyance of winblinds 5

I was under the impression that it was fully dynamic now, but I may be wrong.

There was some settings posted on the Neowin forums that allow the taskbar to show the windows behind it. Can't recall them, but perhaps someone can post them here.

ObjectDock - Access shortcuts and frequently used applications from an animated dock.
