How to get it to remember things?

Forgets my desktop background image and re-defined toolip colour

5imple Alpha is beautiful and works very well. However, on re-logging in, it (and other skins I've tried) forgets my desktop background image and the fact that I changed the tooltip colour to 255,255,225. How to get it to remember? Sorry if others have asked the same thing; I can't see a way to search these forums. Apart from these two glitches WB5 is lovely. Am running XP SP2, and have updated WB5 to latest available version.

In WB Config windows ... goto Basic Settings and uncheck "Apply Any Wallpaper Supplied"

Thank you - that works! And I got the tooltip colour to persist by editing the "5imple Alpha.uis" file.
