who can tell me why theme Manager can't change my task bar and mycomputer?

I have install WOW theme and install,In Theme manager ,I Apply this suite,My IE and other program have change the skin,but the windows taskbar ,my computer,Explorer,my document can't change.why?

I'm not an expert on this...but I would check the settings in your Windowblind Configuration tool under User Overides>XP Overides and uncheck the 2 'Always Use' boxes. I had the same problem and it was because of that. Your problem may be different, I don't know.

Are you using WB5? If so, the older versions of ThemeManager are not compatible with it.

It would help if you'd provide more information....which versions of ThemeManager and WindowBlinds you are running would be helpful in assisting with your problem
