Does windowblinds sends my private information out?

I checked the FAQ, since i bought the windowblinds 5, the FAQ says that I can install seperate copis on both my office and home computers, as long as I don't run them at the same time "one copy per license at once", I.E. the two copies of windowblinds can not run at the same time.
So, How does the software 'knows' if I am runing 2 copies at the same time? Does windowblinds send signals to some sort of spy center to check if only one copy per license is running? Does that mean i have to be online to use this software? I know it sounds weird, just getting confused about the FAQ

It's just legal stuff. Since you purchased only one copy, you're only allowed to use it one place at a time. I don't think WindowBlinds "phones home", so to speak, or at least, if it does, ZoneAlarm isn't picking it up.

This is a kindness done for us by Stardock, which allows users to install on more than one PC without breaking any EULA.

Stardock is hoping that users will respect the agreement, and that any user would be using one computer at a time.

There is no spyware or malware in the Stardock products.

The nag screens in the shareware could be categorized as 'adware', because it is a form of advertising - though there are no outgoing threads or communications involved with the nag screen.

You are safe.....
