Just Doesn't Work!

I bought windowblinds 5 and it plainly doesn't work. I installed it and when i try and start it, it simply doesn't start. Nothing happens. I've tried everything I know about. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it many times.

i tried to delete the Windowblinds directory after uninstalling it, but these two files, sig and sig.bin won't delete because "some program is currently using it." I have no idea what could mean cause there is no obvious program using either file.

please help!

You should be able to delete those two files after a reboot. Uninstall first > reboot > delete all files (except folders) in the WB-directory > reinstall > reboot again, before you try to apply any skins.

I am not too sure why WB5 doesn't work on your system. What OS are you using? You need to have WinXP to run WB5 successfully. If you have XP, do you have the 32 or the 64bit version?

Run msconfig.  Find a .cmd thats running at startup.  Remove it, reboot.

If WB is currently installed then your first login will take a few mins (As its stalled wait for the activation screen).  Then enter your information in the activation screen & it should all work fine.
