Which version of WB5 are you running - shareware, or purchased?
If you are running the shareware version, you won't be able to have transparency in any skins other than the four skins included with the program.
If you are running the purchased version, then you might want to e-mail tech support at [email protected] to see if there is something you are missing.
After reading, and commenting in your other post on the shell menu, it seems like you were running another program (not familiar with that one) which was creating the issue in your context menus.
It may be that you have a program running, or installed that is creating an issue - or simply a slightly corrupted installation of WB5.
If uninstalling>rebooting>reinstalling WB5 does not clear it up, I think you may need an official tech support representative on the issue.
