Problem with Photoshop CS2 and OB 1.6

Hi,
I have a problem with OB 1.6 and PS CS2.
I have OB as a horizontal bar at the top, it is set to always on top, so far so good, but when I use Photoshop and go there into the Fullscreen Mode (f) then the upper part of PS disappears behind OB instead of showing under the bar.
What could I do?
