The way it views here... "My Account" *click* "Account Information" *click* Everything at this end is operating fine. You might want to try clearing your cookies and cache in your web browser and seeing if that helps.

Hi, tried that but no luck I'm afraid. I've tried it on two different browsers and two different PCs. when I put the mouse over "My Account2 I would expect the cursor to change and the hyperlink info appear in the bottom of the browser but it doesn't, it looks like plain text there doesnt seem to be a link

When looking up your Nickname, it shows you as a Citizen, but the real info is in the User Level that shows you as "Current Customer - 4". You would need to be listed as a "Subscriber - 5" to be immune to the advertizing popups. If you're a current subscriber to WinCustomize (not a subscriber to Object Desktop...they're two different things), it's not showing in your info and you should contact a site admin to get it straightened out. If you're only a current subscriber to Object Desktop, then you're still not a subscriber to WC and you need to purchase a subscription to avoid advertising and rate skins.

You don't show as a current subscriber of WinCustomize; only as a current customer (which means you've purchased a product from Stardock). If in fact you've paid a subscription fee to be a WC subscriber, it's not showing on your nickname (maybe you didn't cross reference your accounts?). Have an admin check into it for you and make sure you have the email address you subscribed to WC with and try to have a copy of your WC subscription receipt handy to email a copy if need be.

You're always going to be able to log on...you've got a registered nick and account. It's whether or not your account status is just registered, current customer, or subscriber (that's what the User Rating in your account information is about). It's good to have you back as a subscriber and hope you'll not be bothered by those pesky ads anymore (don't forget that if you don't enable cookies to WC and/or you log out, you'll get the ads again until you relog yourself back into WC).
