Charm has eight icons that can be picked up and dropped onto any visible window or application.  Each icons performs a different task. For example, showing or hiding a window.  If you are having trouble checking a tick-box, or entering text because the control is disabled, simply pick up the "Enable" icon, and drop it on the control.

Interesting application. I will have to give it a go. But I'm not sure why you would enable disabled controls as they would have been disabled for a reason.

Because, sometimes the reason for disabling is just because somebody doesn't want you to mess with it...and that can be irritating.
