MS Active Sync won't maxamize when Window Blinds are loaded

MS Active sync will not maxamize the app window when Window Blinds are loaded. Un-install and re-install of Active Synce does not help.

Well, that was probalby not the best explainiation. It will not move from a minimized state on the task bar to a windowed state (yes, that is the most maxamized it will go).

I have been able to get a workaround, albeit frustating. You need to do the following:
1) Exclude the applicaton executables on the per application exclude screen.
2) Uninstall AS
3) Reboot
4) Re-install AS
That seems to fix it until the next time you update the Window Blinds ap. Then you must go throught the entire process again.
Ugh.

Though the maximize button is greyed out on active sync, I am not having a problem minimizing and restoring from the task bar. WB 5.0
