doesn't let me register

The register button stays gray even when i put all of the information in.

This normally occurs under the following conditions:

1 - You are not logged in

2 - You have SDC set to 'Work offline' (Look under the File menu to see if Work offline has a check mark by it, if so - click to deselect and restart SDC).
