Text Select Bar Is Off

I'm making my first cursor and all looks good except for my Text Select Bar. When I click on it, it is off "2 spaces to the left". I cannot figure out how to adjust it, or if it's the png file. All the single frame files are the same size. Can anyone help?

Can't you adjust it using the Hot Spot setting?

That's what I thought. But I'm not sure how. I played around with it, setting it to extremes, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

Thanks, but you were right. I kept messing with Hot Spot and finally fixed it. Thank you very much!

It's in my awaiting moderation file if you want to check it out.
