Some Apps Can't Open With Most Skins

This is the latest (free) version out, I downloaded it last night and I absolutely love it. Thank you.
My one concern is that there is one program which will not open with 95% of skins that I downloaded. The program is Microsoft Works Word Processor. Whenever I open the program, I see it flash open, but it instantly closes. The MS Works Task Launcher, and Spreadsheet, etc. work fine. It's just the Word Processor.
I got it working by using the Per Application settings and finally finding a skin that would work. So I can work fine with this, I just thought it was kind of strange.
