after I download the logon, how do I use it?

Do you have LogonStudio installed? See the software tab above.

You will need LogonStudio installed on your computer.

After downloading the file, the easiest way to install is by double-clicking the file to install.

After installing, start LogonStudio > say "Yes" to allowing LogonStudio to be your logon editor > select the new logon theme in the list > click "Apply".

Note - if your downloaded file is a ".zip", you might want to read this mini tutorial on downloading content from WinCustomize - which shows a method that will keep the original file extension intact after download completion http://corkyo.wincustomize.com/Articles.aspx?SID=5463&AID=82563
