Why doesn't outlook express work with an applied skin

I am using xp 64 and every skin that I have tried to use caused outlook express to not load. There is an error code that comes with the message:


"Outlook Express could not be started. The application was unable to create the spooloer object. Your computer may be out of memeory or your disk is full. Contact Microsoft...  (0x8007000E)".


As soon as I remove anything done by windowblinds outlook express loads fine.


My specs:


AMD 4000+, 3GB Ram, 8 GB used on a 137GB hard drive. 2 6800GT Video Cards SLI.


What am I missing.

The latest version that showed up in stardock. 5.0 with an update I think. I got really frustrated with the whole thing and uninstalled everthing. I should also add that my vitual memory is as large as my RAM.
