Error: Failed to load ODZip.dll.

Hi all and anyone that might be able to help me with this problem. Yesterday I was finally able to get my new version of "object Desktop"

and all its sub programs...ok well after downloading and installing them all and trying each of them out, then I tryed to start "Theme Manager" I get the following error message "Error: Failed to load ODZip.dll. Please reinstall the application to correct this problem.

... ok no problem I deinstalled it, rebooted reinstalled rebooted and I still get the same error message
