how do I use the suite files

Oxidized.suite

I am new here and baught the Oxidized.suite but I dont knwo how to open/use it any help would be great.

I don't know if that suite is built with Stardock's theme manager or not. If it was, then it should just install itself. I am guessing it is not. In this case you need all the appropriate software installed to run the different elements of the suite.
Click on the software tab at the top of this page to see all the software to choose from. You will need Windowblinds, Icon Packager, and maybe a few others. Widgets should run without Desktop X installed. I am not familiar with what is part of that suite. Hope it helps.

I think it goes:
Objects need DesktopX installed and running
Widgets just need DesktopX installed (does not have to be running)
Gadgets are self running and don't need DesktopX
DeskScapes - Bring your desktop background to life.
