I like Aero-XP wallpaper and its effects, is there 1440x900 version (widescreen)

I also seeking cool wallpaper and skin for 1440x900 (widescreen) to make laptop more pleasent.

I have Dell Inspiron 9200 as well just that my screen resolution is 1920x1200

There's a few in the library here. Do a search for widescreen.

Like many others I have photos on my personal page that will fill a widescreen desktop (mine's 1920x1200 also)

DA has a large section called HDTV/Widescreen that's pretty active.
